Management Accountant – JD Gyms
We are looking for a qualified/part qualified Management Accountant to join the JD Gyms Finance team. This is a key role responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting business performance, and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce monthly management accounts, P&L reports, and variance analysis.
* Reconcile membership income to cash receipts.
* Analyse key cost areas and provide insight to support decision making.
* Work closely with budget holders to review performance and challenge spend.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecast cycles.
* Prepare VAT returns and ensure strong financial controls.
* Deliver timely and accurate Group reporting packs.
* Drive process improvements and support wider finance initiatives.
* Assist with audits, projects, and team support where required.
About You:
* Fully/part qualified (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)
* Proven experience in management accounting.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Confident business partner with excellent communication skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Advanced Excel skills; Oracle/TM1 experience beneficial.
