Office: Leeds
Hours / Days in Office: 37.5 hours / 2-3 days per week in office
Salary: £30-£35k
OTE: £15k - £17.5k
Reports to: Sales Director

Responsibilities

In common with all staff:

To support the Leep Talent’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives

*

To implement Leep Talent’s Equality and Diversity policies

*

To take responsibility for one’s own professional development and participate in relevant internal and external activities

*

To implement the Leep Talent’s health and safety policies and practices

*

To contribute to Leep Talent’s commitment to continuous improvement as identified in JITs quality assurance systems

*

To be committed to Leep Talent’s safeguarding procedures and high priority to be given to the safeguarding of learners

Role Responsibilities

*

To achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives

*

To generate sales (apprenticeship starts) from sales calls

*

Managing client relationships to the highest standard

*

To effectively cross-sell Leep Talent’s solutions

*

To ensure all eligibility, onboarding and compliance processes and procedures are followed

*

Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills

*

2+ years of successful sales / account management experience

*

Professional experience of working in the apprenticeship market

*

Great communicator, both verbal and written

*

Willingness to proactively prospect via the telephone

*

Experience of working with new and existing B2B clients

*

Lifelong learner and passion for a career in sales

*

Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
