Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected manufacturing specialist, to recruit a Sales Administrator within the production team on a potential temp to perm basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established industry leader with over 95 years of experience within the sector. The successful candidate will report to the production manager but work closely with the customer services team and extensive customer base to manage expectations and prioritise jobs accordingly.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator:
1. Receive and deal with customer queries via email/telephone
2. Coordinate with colleagues to obtain queries
3. Respond to customers
4. Prepare and ensure jobs are prioritised with customer needs and expecations
5. Manage customer expectations for late and behind schedule jobs
Candidate Requirements for the Sales Administrator:
6. Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
7. Strong IT skills – Microsoft and ERP systems
8. Good telephone manner
9. Good communicator
