As we work on a diverse and exciting portfolio of brands, across multiple industries, we are looking for a dynamicStrategist, with the right skill set to complement our existing offering and work on a variety of strategic projects:
1. Minimum 3-4 + years working experience working in strategy/planning or creative fields.
2. Strong understanding of digital & content marketing channels across paid, owned and earned. Able to see their relative strengths and weaknesses and take a measured, holistic view on the role of each when it comes to addressing the brand’s specific challenges for each project.
3. Consumer insight-driven with strong analytical skills, but also brings creative ideas and inspiration on how to do things differently to maximise performance in digital channels.
4. Ability to inspire and be a catalyst of creative ideas with creative teams and to clients.
5. You have an instinctive understanding of brands and how they are crafted and have the core marketing thinking skills that enable you to instinctively identify brand strengths, weaknesses and opportunity areas vs competitors.
6. Great at collaborating & building support from others, able to successful manage senior client stakeholders and run group workshop sessions.
7. You have a natural curiosity, are a great listener and know how to prepare and ask targeted questions that help get to the bottom of client briefs and needs.
CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES.
8. Interrogate client briefs, write creative briefs for our creatives and then work with them on creative development throughout the process.
9. Assist with research & insight development on key projects.
10. Assist with the development, refining and training of the Agency’s Strategy offering
11. Communications planning across the full range of digital channels
12. Brand Proposition Development
13. Assisting with client workshops and developing industry reports
14. Examining market and industry reports and identifying important trends
15. Performing market research regarding customer demographics
16. Developing Creative and Communication Strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the company's goals.
17. Advising & collaborating with the company's Head of Strategy, Creative Director & wider teams on key projects.
18. Proposing KPIS for work and tracking the results of our strategy & creative work
SUPPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES.
19. Participation in creative and strategic brainstorming & ideation sessions
20. Interrogation of data & reporting to define insights & learnings as part of the reporting and post campaign analysis process
21. Provide strategic support as part of the pitch & new business process.
22. Support Strategy & Creative workshops with agency and client teams
23. Assist in the development and crafting of agency case studies.
24. Assist in the proactive work process.
