With offices throughout Hertfordshire and into Bedfordshire they are looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator to play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the lettings department. This role involves assisting the Lettings Manager in overseeing the rental process, managing a portfolio of properties, liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors, and ensuring the smooth running of all lettings activities.
