Job Description
A successful Packaging Planning Project Lead, located in Chester, will be responsible for:
* Manage and coordinate packaging projects from conception to completion.
* Develop project planning strategies to ensure the efficient use of resources.
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
* Implement risk management plans to mitigate potential project obstacles.
* Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
* Act as the main point of contact for all project-related queries.
* Prepare project reports and updates to stakeholders.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Packaging Planning Project Lead should have:
* A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management or supply chain improvement roles, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to influence across all levels and functions
* SAP experience would be beneficial but not essential.
