THE ROLE We’re looking for a Content Lead to take ownership of content delivery across a range of client accounts. This role focuses on producing high-quality, performance-driven content that aligns with strategic goals and delivers measurable impact. You’ll work closely with SEO, Digital PR, Account Management and Project teams to plan, produce and refine content, ensuring outputs are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timelines. THE PERSON We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of content delivery, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards across multiple projects. You’ll be comfortable working across teams, contributing to both planning and execution and using data and feedback to improve outcomes. REQUIREMENTS We’re looking for someone with experience in content and digital marketing who can contribute to projects from planning through to delivery and performance. 1. Experience in a content-focused role within a digital marketing or agency environment. 2. A strong understanding of SEO-led content and its role in wider digital marketing performance. 3. Experience contributing to or managing content projects, including planning, delivery and performance tracking. 4. Experience working with cross-functional teams such as SEO, PR or Account Management. 5. Strong written and spoken English. 6. Experience using CMS platforms and managing publishing workflows. 7. The ability to manage your time and workload effectively across multiple priorities. 8. An interest in, or experience using, AI tools to support content production and workflows.
