About the role Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be working on mixed contentious and non-contentious Employment matters including: Complex discrimination, equal pay and unfair dismissal cases HR matters and handbooks Advising on internal procedures including disciplinaries and grievances Leading training sessions for clients and providing regular updates on legislation Negotiating settlement agreements Reviewing contracts and papers Drafting claims and employment law materials for colleagues or clients Supporting cross departmentally when necessarily About You The successful candidate will ideally have 3 years PQE with a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, a proven track record of delivering exceptional legal advice and representation to clients, is able to work well in a fast-paced environment and has fantastic client care skills.
