Project Manager, Corporate Technology
Location: London
Working pattern: 4 days per week in office
Salary: £100,000–£120,000 + bonus + benefits
Role summary
Project Manager within Corporate Technology, supporting corporate functions including Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, Recruitment and Talent. Strong focus on finance processes, Workday, third-party applications, integrations and process/reporting improvements.
Reporting line
This role reports into the Senior Project Manager, who reports into the Head of Project Management.
Key responsibilities
* Lead multiple corporate technology projects end-to-end.
* Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder updates.
* Coordinate with internal teams, implementation partners and banking partners.
* Support finance and tax-related projects from a coordination standpoint.
* Own project plans, meeting notes, documentation and status reporting.
* Ensure smooth handover, support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
* Ideal candidate
* 8+ years’ project management experience.
* Strong corporate systems background: Workday essential; Salesforce and DocuSign useful.
* Experience with finance processes, banking integrations or corporate transformation.
* Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
