Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support business decisions.
4. Oversee budget preparation and forecasting to ensure financial targets are met.
5. Provide financial insights and reports to assist in strategic planning.
6. Manage accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate cost management.
8. Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
9. Enhance financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
11. Holds a recognised accounting qualification (such as ACCA, CIMA or AAT) and demonstrates a commercial understanding of business operations.
12. Proven experience in a comparable or larger‑scale business environment, with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
13. Solid grounding in financial accounting principles and reporting standards, with proficiency in key finance systems and data‑analysis tools.
14. Confident communicator, capable of clearly presenting complex financial information to a variety of stakeholders.
