We are supporting a growing technology company to recruit for a Sales Administrator on a full time permanent basis. This role is paying up to £35,000 year and is 3 days per week on site and 2 days from home. Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator: - Working in a small team to support with processing incoming orders accurately - Using initiative to prioritise work load - Checking is customers are on an inclusive package or if a quite needs to be raised - Raising quotes were required - Answering calls and emails with orders and keeping customers up to date with their order status Key Skills for the Sales Administrator: - Extremely organised - Good attention to detail - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment - Strong knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook - Unmatched telephone skills Please apply as directed
