RECfinancial are supporting a returning client in their search for an experienced Management Accountant to join them on a 34 month temporary assignment, providing essential support during a busy period.Due to the company's location this role is commutable from across Leicestershire including Wigston, Thurmaston, Coalville, Loughborough, Enderby, Lutterworth and Hinckley.As a Management Accountant, youll play a key part in strengthening the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting the senior leadership team with timely financial insight. This is a hands on role suited to someone who can hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities:Management Accounts production including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysisBudgeting & Forecasting supportMonth end duties including journals, accruals and prepaymentsCashflow reporting and analysisSupporting the Finance Director with ad-hoc projectsProviding clear, accurate financial insight to non-finance stakeholdersAbout You:Qualified or Part-Qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or QBE with strong experienceProven background in management accounting within a fast-paced environmentConfident with Excel and modern finance systemsAble to work independently and deliver to tight deadlinesImmediately available or available at short noticeWhy This Role?This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact, support a well established finance team, and bring stability during a key period of change.If youre a Management Accountant ready for your next temporary assignment, RECfinancial would love to hear from you.On Offer:Temporary role: 3-4 monthsPay Rate: £20 - £25 per hourOn site parkingThe chance to work with a great team in a successful businessINDSHTPBN1_UKTJ
