A well established organisation is looking for a proactive hands-on IT Support Analyst to support the IT function day-to-day. It’s a varied, user-facing role where you’ll deliver technical support across the business, while also getting involved in system improvements, rollouts and ongoing projects that move things forward.
Key responsibilities
* Contribute to 1st and 2nd line support over IT-related incidents
* Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software and core systems
* Provide on-site and remote support for users
* Assist with upgrades, rollouts and process improvements
* Maintain security, reliability and performance of systems
* Manage tickets and work with third-party suppliers where needed
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in an IT support / service desk role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory
* Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft Azure
* Experience supporting hardware including laptops and mobiles
* Able to work independently and prioritise workload
* Strong communicator who can explain tech simply
* Calm under pressure and happy with time-sensitive tasks
