Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week + overtime)
Start: Immediate
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience £14.50 - £18.50
Cotswold Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Swindon, who specialise in producing high-quality shop fittings and retail fixtures.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join their busy and skilled team.
The Role
* Manufacture and assembly of shop fittings and retail counters
* Final finishing of joinery products
* Solid surface work and laminating
* Working from technical drawings
* Maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship
* Optional site work when required
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 3 years experience in a joinery manufacturing environment
* Relevant joinery/carpentry qualifications
* Skilled in assembly and final finishing
* Experience with solid surface materials and laminating
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication skills
* Able to work to deadlines
* Must have own tools
