Job Title: RV Manager International Location: Flexible, travel required Department: Residual Value & Forecasting Reports to: VP Fleet Services About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and data-driven RV Manager to join our international team. This is a high-impact role that supports the development and refinement of Residual Value (RV) strategies across multiple markets. As part of a central team, you will act as a business partner to various regional stakeholders, including Finance, Remarketing, Procurement and Fleet Planning teams. The role offers a unique opportunity to work across countries and cultures, with regular travel to key European markets. You will take a hands-on role in gathering market intelligence, interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting the implementation of RV policies to drive strategic decision-making at both local and corporate levels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage RV forecasting models using large volume of vehicles and market data across multiple countries. Automate all data extracts processes to prepare these models. Analyze residual value trends, depreciation patterns, and used car market dynamics to guide procurement and remarketing teams. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on RV strategies that balance profitability and competitiveness. Collaborate with local market experts and functional teams (Remarketing, Procurement, etc.) to validate assumptions and ensure consistency in RV methodologies. Monitor OEM strategies, new model launches, and macroeconomic indicators that influence vehicle depreciation and resale values. Prepare international RV reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Act as an internal consultant, supporting local business units with RV studies, benchmarking, and business cases. Maintain continuous alignment with remarketing and fleet teams to ensure operational feedback is reflected in forecasting models. Communicate with external vehicle data supplier and manage all invoice process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. E xperience in a pricing, data analytics, or forecasting role—ideally in the automotive, leasing, or mobility sector. Strong understanding of Residual Values (RVs), Forecasting, Fair Market Value, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), and lifecycle value management. Eurotax, CAP, DAT, Indicata or other RV supplier tools knowledge, is a plus. Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, conditionals, data validation, dynamic dashboards for large datasets, advanced functions, macros, and integration with other data tools such as Power Query or Power BI. High level user with data tools such as Access/SQL, Power BI, Tableau or QlickView. Proven ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate them into actionable business insights. Python or R. Experience in predictive modelling or any automation tool would be a plus. English Language essential Strong team management skills and ability to collaborate across departments and cultures.
