Job Description: Kitchen Assistant at HC-One
Join our team at HC-One as a Kitchen Assistant and bring kindness to every aspect of our care homes. Your role involves preparing and serving nutritious meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. You will also assist with maintaining food supplies and equipment, always prioritizing resident wellbeing.
We seek candidates with some kitchen experience and either an NVQ2 in Catering or Food Preparation, or the willingness to pursue one. Good organizational skills, the ability to follow recipes, and considerate communication are essential. Safeguarding awareness and training are mandatory, enabling you to recognize and report concerns appropriately.
