Join our dedicated Foundation Learning and Student Support team as a Job Coach and make a real difference in students' futures. We're looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and proactive individual to support learners with diverse needs in developing their employability skills. You'll work closely with students in classroom and workplace settings, building confidence and preparing them for successful, sustainable employment. Your role will include one-to-one coaching, liaising with employers, and helping students overcome barriers to work. Experience of working with young people with additional learning needs is desirable, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. We have an exciting opportunity at our City Labs Campus to join our Foundation Learning and Student Support Department as a Job Coach on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), term-time only basis (over 39 weeks).
