Head Chef – Top bracket in the York area. An established, reputable venue that has developed a loyal following over the last couple of years. High quality concept, fresh ingredients. £50,000 per annum, 2.5K TRONC + 5K bonus potential.
Private dining & parties for upto 60 people.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations taking full responsibility, including some menu development
2. Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected
3. Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
4. All aspects of health & safety
In order to be considered, applicants must:
5. Currently be at Senior Sous or Head Chef level within a restaurant or high guality dining restaurant, experience Working to high quality
6. Have a great Kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team;
7. Have a good understanding of business operations; seasonal menus and on trend food
8. Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience
