Oculus Legal Group is currently partnering with a reputable Top 100 law firm based in Cambridge looking for a Residential Property Solicitor. About the Role:
This role is suitable for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from sales and purchases to transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including complex cases.
* Advising on freehold and leasehold purchases, sales, and lease extensions.
* Assisting with the development of junior members of the team, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
* Actively participate in business development opportunities growing the residential property offering.
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents, title deeds, and Land Registry documents.
* Providing exceptional client care and developing strong client relationships.
Candidate:
* At least 2 years of PQE in residential property law.
* Excellent client care skills and an eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, supportive environment.
