We’re a small, friendly team that values trust, independence, and attention to detail. Everyone contributes to making sure roasters across Europe receive their coffee on time and in perfect condition. You’ll be supported by the wider Green Coffee Collective team and local partners at The Roast Works, with regular visits and open communication.
Green Coffee Collective makes sourcing high-quality green coffee simple and accessible for roasters of all sizes. We specialise in offering smaller quantities of exceptional coffee, helping more roasters discover, buy, and share unique lots without the barriers of large-scale importing.
Our work is built on strong relationships - we partner with producers and sourcing teams who share our values of transparency, quality, and sustainability. Together, we’re creating a supply chain that rewards the people behind great coffee and supports long-term collaboration over one-off transactions.
We’re a small, friendly, and growing team that believes in doing things differently. Every member of our team plays a part in connecting roasters to producers in a way that’s open, fair, and simple - making specialty coffee more accessible to everyone.
