Our client is a market-leading enterprise consulting firm helping organisations deliver large-scale digital transformation. Their ServiceNow practice leads in platform innovation, AI and GenAI adoption, and automation across complex, multi-domain enterprise environments.
The Role
As a Senior Manager, you will be accountable for the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of large-scale, multi-domain ServiceNow programmes. You will manage architects and technical teams, engage directly with C-suite stakeholders, and influence strategic decisions that shape enterprise operations. You will also play a key role in building internal capability, mentoring architects, and fostering innovation within the ServiceNow practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the technical vision, architecture, and governance for enterprise-scale ServiceNow programmes.
* Oversee multiple project streams, guiding architects and development teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on platform strategy, AI integration, and operational optimisation.
* Ensure technical excellence, risk management, and adherence to architectural standards.
* Mentor and develop internal ServiceNow capability, shaping practice-wide knowledge and best practices.
* Identify opportunities to innovate using AI/GenAI and advanced automation capabilities.
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-module ServiceNow transformations in enterprise or consulting environments.
* Certified Technical Architect (Master Architect preferred) with 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
* Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and governance frameworks.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, executive-level influence, and programme leadership skills.
* Advanced scripting, integration, and cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Excellent communication and advisory capabilities.

* GenAI and cloud migration/integration experience
* ITILv4 certification
* SC clearance eligibility
