Tateossian, the global luxury men’s jewellery brand, has a unique opportunity to join their Head Office team as Supply Chain Administrator.
You will be highly numerate, with excellent attention to detail and a strong communicator across departments and with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Assist and work alongside the Supply Chain Planner and Analyst to maintain the supply inventory levels for all Tateossian products and packaging
· Ensure the timely delivery of products to all warehouses
· Raise purchase orders based on sales data and stock reports (Encore)
· Ensure all stock reports are accurate
· Ensure competitive prices are constantly being obtained, and if necessary, source new suppliers
· Ensure purchase orders adhere to deadlines
· Liaise with the Sales department and all warehouses on any issues related to deliveries
· Maintain adequate stock levels in different warehouses
· Liaise with suppliers, negotiate prices, deliveries and contracts
· Manage supplier relationships and factories' compliance
· Ensure purchasing policies and procedures are implemented
· Quality control and backup of the stock controller
· Arrange REACH compliance testing and all other client requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
· At least 2 years’ experience in a purchasing or supply chain junior role
· Degree educated or similar with a focus on data management or purchasing
· Experience in dealing with a large range of SKUS
· Excellent knowledge of Excel to an Advanced standard
· Cost-conscious and highlighting areas for savings
· Fast and accurate data input processing
· Strong communicator with mother tongue standard English
· Adaptable to work within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
· Confident decision maker
· Analytical and forward-thinking with good reasoning skills
· Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus
