Duties and responsibilities to include:
* Lead accounting processes end to end
* Manage an accounting portfolio of large and complex clients
* Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and provide genuine business advice
* Responsibility for the completion and submission of financial statements and taxation for clients within portfolio
* Lead and develop a team of junior staff – ensuring job plans and budgets are understood with support through to completion
* Attend meetings with clients alongside the Partner to support business development of the firm
* Provide technical support as and when required to junior members of staff
