We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Stoke (ST3 / ST11) areas.
You'll be providing care and support to our female clients who enjoy going out into the community and visiting local places and whose individual needs include:
1. Brain injury
2. Support in all aspects of her life
3. Seizure support
4. Peg Feed
5. Epilepsy support
Shifts include
6. Full and Part time roles available covering mainly days with the odd night shift available
7. Alternate weekends
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
