Personal Care Support Assistants Needed - Bletchley
(Full-Time Positions Starting September 2025

We are seeking compassionate and committed Personal Care Support Assistants to provide tailored support for pupils who require additional help, including personal care and emotional regulation.
Delivering personal care with dignity and professionalism.
Supporting pupils with SEN and/or SEMH on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
Building strong, trusting relationships with students to support emotional well-being.
Assisting with the implementation of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
Friendly, patient, and resilient, with a genuine desire to help children thrive.
Committed to working full-time or fixed part-time days.
Hold a valid DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain one.
Comfortable providing personal care in a school setting.
