South Cliff Dental Group is a rapidly growing company providing NHS and Private dental treatment across the South of England. The practice is a mixed NHS and private patient practice, based in the area of Crawley Bewbush.
Overview of job role
Monitor and ensure the efficient day to day running of the practice.
Your main duties will include:
* Take Line Management responsibilities for all employees at the practice
* Supporting the clinical team and ensuring diaries are full
* Ensuring targets for NHS and private are met
* Completing rotas and timesheets accurately
* Dealing with staff issues including grievances and disciplinaries
* Managing the training and inductions for new starters
* Recruitment for the practice
* Monitoring the practices ordering
* Delivering practice targets set out by NHS
* Complete tasks and follow regulations to ensure site is fully compliant
* Arrange staff meetings
* To ensure audits, logs and records are kept up to date for the practice.
* Ensure all staff are complying with current legislation such as Fire, Health & Safety, CQC regulations, RIDDOR and COSHH
* To enforce standard operating procedures for the practice
* Address patient complaints
* CQC registered Manager for the practice
Essential skills/Experience/Qualifications
* Good oral and written communication skills (Essential)
* Previous Management experience (Desirable)
* Previous experience in the dental sector (Desirable)
* Experience within a CQC regulated workplace (Desirable)
* Experience of equality and diversity and complaints handling (Desirable)

This position is predominantly Monday to Friday. Some Saturday and Sunday shifts will be required to do inductions on new weekend staff.
