Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and successful Sales Manager within one of their prestigious dealerships.
Responsibilities
* Manage and guide customers through all stages of the finance process, ensuring they understand the options available.
* Create instant rapport with customers to build long lasting relationships.
* Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the Sales Department, including stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis, pricing, forecourt display, internet advertising, and second facing customer and deal generation.
* Drive the team forward, achieving maximum performance from every opportunity.
* Ensure exceptional customer service by working closely with Sales Executives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience at this level as a Sales Manager.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Clean driving licence.
* Passion for the prestigious car market and a visionary drive to succeed.
Salary: 50k Basic 86k OTE Uncapped
