You will need: - A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. - Experience working in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential). - Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) are an advantage.
