Job Title: Order Coordinator Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 Hours: Monday to Friday Location: Office-based, near Woolston Type: Full-time, Permanent Responsibilities of order coordinator Supporting customers with their orders and enquiries Processing and tracking customer orders accurately Communicating with suppliers and the internal team to ensure smooth deliveries Helping manage product and pricing information in our systems Providing excellent service and helping the team meet overall business goals Desirable A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and people skills Attention to detail and the ability to stay organised Confidence using computers (training provided on our systems) Experience in a trade, builders' merchant, or construction role is useful but not essential
