As a Hedge Funds Trade Support Analyst in the Private Bank’s Alternatives Middle Office team, you will play a crucial role in the trade support operations for hedge fund transactions. You will be responsible for ensuring that trades initiated by investors are executed accurately and efficiently. Post-execution, you will ensure timely settlement and accurate reflection of these trades in our accounting systems. As a key member of the Hedge Funds Trade Support team, you will ensure that all business activities are conducted in a controlled, efficient, and timely manner.
Job responsibilities
1. Monitors the daily hedge fund trading flow, conducting necessary control checks, and generating reports
2. Processes trade instructions, manages bookings, settlements, and monitor cut-offs
3. Ensures accurate and timely execution, confirmation, and settlement of all hedge fund trades
4. Manages cash and stock positions related to hedge fund orders
5. Performs daily and periodic position and risk controls, identifying and resolving discrepancies
6. Supports project and regulatory initiatives to meet evolving industry standards, drive efficiency, and reduce risk within the team
7. Interacts globally with investors, custodians, fund administrators, and various internal stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues, valuing diverse perspectives in problem-solving
