* Keeping track of progress and providing constructive, encouraging feedback.

* Building strong relationships with families to keep them involved in their child’s learning journey.
Qualifications
* A teacher with QTS (or equivalent) – whether you\'re newly qualified or experienced, we\'d love to hear from you.
* A genuine passion for making learning positive, nurturing, and fun.
* A team player who enjoys sharing, collaborating, and sometimes laughing through the chaos of busy school life!
