Team Manager

*Access to wages from 3 days* Immediate Start *Holiday Pay*

£14.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay ( £13.00 p/h + £1.57 = £14.57 p/h holiday pay)

Location: BARNSLEY

Are you interested in Retail? Looking for a role involving high-profile projects with leading UK grocery supermarkets and DIY chains? We offer Team Manager opportunities working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to maintain excellent merchandising standards.

The Role

1. A typical week involves 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
2. You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers, executing client tasks.
3. Communicate progress and project completion with management.
4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (mostly nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set availability and accept shifts.
6. Clock in and out using your smartphone through our RAS Dashboard.
7. Work at various retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift.
8. Tasks include removing and replacing stock based on client plans, adjusting shelf heights, moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
9. Travel may be required when local work isn't available. Accommodation is provided when necessary.
10. Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
11. Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or team management is required.
12. Must be methodical, detail-oriented, and physically capable of manual handling and heavy lifting.
13. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
14. Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, is required. Applicants must be 18+.
