Job Summary:
Lynas General Assistants will assist with the day-to-day running of the Food Outlet to ensure that sales and profit targets are met through effective stock control, sales promotion and cost control. They will work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and operational standards.
Role Responsibilities:
* People - To support underlying principle of Creating a Great Place to Work. At all times demonstrate the highest level of self-awareness and discernment in all matters relating to interpersonal interactions throughout the Lynas business environment.
* Customer Service - Greet Customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and general information. Work together as part of a team.
* Sales & Merchandising: Support sales targets by ensuring products are easily found and creating appealing displays.
* Stock Management: Refill shelves daily and maintain adequate stock levels.
* Outlet Maintenance: Uphold high cleanliness standards by performing routine floor care.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
* GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
* 1+ years experience in similar role
