About the Role
Staffline is recruiting an Industrial Electrician for a leading manufacturing company in Letterkenny. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a permanent hands-on role in a high-quality manufacturing environment.
Main Duties
8. Assembling electrical switch-gear and associated electromechanical equipment in line with engineering drawings and production timescales
9. Interpreting and working form electrical schematics, manuals, drawings and specifications
10. Carrying out mechanical and electrical assembly f components for new and repeat products
11. Ensuring high standards of workmanship a compliance with quality requirements in the factory and at customer sites
12. Performing testing of panels, including current injection testing
13. Carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, site modifications and inspections
Requirements
14. City and Guilds Electrical qualification and an Engineering Apprenticeship with AM2 or equivalent
15. Time served Electrician or Technician
16. Experience in Electrical switch-gear manufacture or similar industrial environment
17. Experience in panel wiring (PLCs, MCCs, control panels)
