PGC Legal plays a crucial role in strengthening legal operations by supporting the Department of Legal Affairs (DLA) in the U.S. Through operational excellence, the team ensures streamlined legal workflows and contributes to the success of the Legal Operations function.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Legal Operations team to ensure seamless process execution
* Manage legal documentation effectively
* Generate analytics and performance reports
* Oversee program and project management functions
* Drive automation initiatives across legal operations
* Maintain and update SharePoint sites for the legal department
Typical Day in This Role
* Create and manage legal matters within Legal Tracker
* Review law firm invoices and related processes
* Handle the full lifecycle of documents—from creation and storage to archiving or disposal
* Compile data and metrics for attorney dashboards
* Develop Excel-based tools and engaging PowerPoint presentations
* Collaborate with the Legal Operations team to enhance processes using automation, macros, and custom tools
* Build and manage the SharePoint platform for the Department of Legal Affairs
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Graduate with experience in shared legal services in India
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
* Strong coordination and organizational capabilities
* Familiarity with legal tools, databases, and repositories
* Prior experience working with U.S.-based legal departments and navigating dual reporting structures
* Technically sound, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
