About the Role
As a Project Controller, you'll play a vital part in supporting the Project Management community to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You'll manage and maintain detailed project schedules, forecasts, and cost reports, providing valuable insights to ensure accurate and timely decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain Microsoft Project schedules (Gantt charts), ensuring estimates and forecasts are accurate and regularly updated.
Develop and manage fully costed, resource-loaded project plans with a clear critical path.
Track and monitor project performance, budgets, and forecasts — highlighting variances to the Project Manager and Work Package Leaders.
Compile and present reports to provide up-to-date and accurate project information.
Support the generation of Business Intelligence (BI) data and business-level reporting.
Challenge cost, schedule, and resource forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with reality.
What You'll Bring
Knowledge of planning and project control principles, with an understanding of project management methodologies.
Experience using Microsoft Project and ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4Hana).
Familiarity with earned value management, risk, and critical path analysis.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data reporting would be advantageous.
