Our Assistant Restaurant Manager role: Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be managing a restaurant with an excellent annual turnover. Deputising in the Manager’s absence, you’ll be ensuring the team provides exceptional service to our guests. As our Assistant Restaurant Manager you’ll be: Assisting the Manager in recruiting restaurant team. Managing rotas, timesheets, and wages in line with business needs. Supporting team training, development, and performance management. Actively engaging in the restaurant's daily operations. Supervising the restaurant to exceed guest expectations. Handling and resolving guest complaints. Assisting in other departments as needed. Considering the needs of other hotel departments. Ensuring the security of stock, premises, and cash. Upholding restaurant standards and statutory licensing regulations. Following COSHH and health and safety procedures. Implementing fire procedures and team training. Enforcing the Health and Safety Policy promptly.
