Apprentice Technician – Omoda & CARZ
Airbles Road, Motherwell
40hrs per week Monday to Friday
£13,312 per annum
**Start Date September 2024**

We have an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Technician to join our Omoda & CARZ Dealership in Motherwell and start their career in the automotive industry. We will give you the opportunity, training and support to become a skilled Technician!
What you will do
1. Carrying out servicing
2. Fault finding
3. Repair of vehicles
4. Operating specialist equipment
5. All other associated tasks
Training is not all hands on, we believe that learning to use a computer and understanding the theory behind the role is as important as using a spanner. You will attend college as part of this apprenticeship.
What you will need
6. An interest and enthusiasm for automotive vehicles and the industry
7. Punctual and being great at time keeping
8. Ability to work under pressure in a busy workshop environment
9. Great team player, as well as having the capability to follow instructions and work individually.
10. Honesty and trustworthy with a desire to learn
11. Must have 5 qualifications at National 5 level, these must include Maths, English and a Science. Predicted grades will be taken into consideration.
