Consultant CAMHS High Intensity Unit (PICU)
Join Antistatique as a consultant in a brand‑new 8‑bed High Intensity Environment/PICU set to open in 2026 in Bournemouth. In this role you will work within psychiatry with children and young people, collaborating with inpatient, community and specialist teams across Dorset.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with complex presentations.
* Provide face‑to‑face clinical time and meet families and community staff.
* Maintain and write clinical reports, including tribunal work.
* Participate in daily ward meetings with staff, CPA and discharge planning.
* Collaborate with another Consultant Psychiatrist; transition between the General Adolescent Unit and the new PICU as required.

* Enhanced Recruitment & Retention: £20,000 paid in two £10,000 lump sums, plus a relocation package of up to £10,000 if moving to Dorset.
