Job Description
The successful Group Financial Controller willl:
3. Oversee and manage all financial operations, including group financial control and reporting.
4. Production of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly management information, including cashflow and management accounts.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory financial requirements.
6. Management of the external audit.
7. Implementing process improvements, automation and efficiency initiatives.
8. Ownership of cash management, credit control and invoicing.
9. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
10. Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain high performance and efficiency.
11. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Group Financial Controller should have:
12. A recognised qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
13. Strong technical accounting and reporting expertise.
14. Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team effectively.
15. A passion for continuous improvement, automation and innovation.
16. Advanced proficiency in financial systems and software.
