Remuneration & Benefits:
* £30,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* Hybrid working with three days office-based, two days from home Inc. Fridays hours per week).

About the role
We are currently seeking a detail-orientated, numbers-savvy, friendly and 'of service' Executive Assistant to support the Co-CEO of the business.
This role offers a great opportunity to develop and explore the high-level workings of a business and to be an integral part of the expansion plans. Team is at the heart of the business and reinforcing this message is at our core. The Co-CEO oversees all Heads of Department, making this role key in ensuring alignment, efficiency, and clear communication across teams.

* Experience in preparing presentations on Microsoft PowerPoint
* Proficient in the use of CRM system(s) and databases
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
* Understanding of financial and statistical analysis
Core responsibilities (but not limited to):
Executive Assistance
- Diary management: efficiently handling calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Streamlining PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinating event bookings
- Day-to-day support to help alleviate the heavy workload of the Co-CEO.
* Taking meeting minutes and following up on action points
* Identifying sourcing and supporting the introduction of further partnerships
* Holding both themselves and the Co-CEO accountable for staying organised, focused, and aligned with key priorities and deadlines.
