Senior Support Worker Location: Lymington, SO41 8NE Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (Umbrella) Job Type: Temporary, Ongoing Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting young people across a range of settings, including classroom environments, structured educational activities, and off-site experiences. This role is focused on supporting young people to develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills through both physical and emotional support. You will play a key role in creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment while acting as a positive role model.
