Role Overview
Sales and Marketing Coordinator / Guest Experience Curator at Treehouse Manchester. This role supports the sales team and ensures the commercial success of the hotel’s food, beverage, and ancillary revenue streams while delivering an outstanding guest experience from pre‑arrival to stay.
Responsibilities
* Drive and manage restaurant reservation activity, maximizing covers and improving conversion of dining enquiries.
* Support revenue generation across multiple business streams, including room reservations, padel & gym memberships, cinema ticket sales, Christmas programming, ticketed events and more.
* Coordinate commercial success of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets and event business.
* Provide commercial and sales administration and coordination support.
* Assist the marketing function to enhance the guest experience from pre‑arrival to the stay.
Qualifications
* Passionate about hospitality sales with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally within or around Manchester.
* Advanced knowledge of hotel and event sales; proven track record in team member engagement, improving market performance and building relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
