With strong trading performance across UK and US markets, this role will play a critical part in managing financial operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full finance function, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations Own the month-end and year-end close process Prepare accurate and timely management accounts Produce statutory accounts and manage the external audit process Strengthen internal controls and financial governance Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles Provide commercial analysis across UK and US trading performance Monitor cash flow, working capital, and FX exposure Support financial planning around US market expansion and tariff impact Partner with operations and supply chain teams to manage inventory, landed costs, and margin optimisation Provide insight into pricing strategy considering import/export duties and cost pressures About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant Strong background within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG environments Experience trading in US markets and understanding cross-border finance Exposure to tariffs, import/export duties, or landed cost modelling is highly desirable Strong inventory and stock accounting experience Confident leading audits and improving financial controls Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills Experience managing or mentoring finance staff Why Apply?
