Position Overview


This is a permanent opportunity working closely with the Director of Creative Services, Head of Brand Design and the Creative Project Manager. You will be working on the creative output of the design and artworking team within a busy and exciting creative team, working on SEGA’s award winning titles. You will be confident and passionate about design and relish the challenge of working in a busy team working with multiple stakeholders on a broad range of projects. With a desire to always deliver the best result, you will enjoy collaborating with others from across the
organisation while being open to new ideas.

Key responsibilities

1. Designing and art working of packaging and other marketing materials (print & digital)

2. Strong knowledge & experience of working on HTML banners & creative

3. Planning and coordinating the production of creative assets (giving creative input when needed) through daily update meetings with the designers & Creative Project Manager

4. Creating conceptual designs, mood boards and style guides

5. Scheduling and achieving planned dates for all Creative Services deliverables and ensure regular communication with relevant members of the Creative Services and Marketing teams

6. Working closely together with the Creative Project Manager and Director of Creative Services to ensure that all materials are without faults, approved by all stakeholders and all deadlines are achieved

7. Keeping up to date with current design trends and software


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

8. Ideally educated to Degree level in Graphic Design or similar subject

9. Highly competent in using latest Adobe Creative Cloud software – Illustrator, Indesign & Photoshop

10. Excellent attention to detail

11. Ability to work on numerous briefs concurrently

12. Strong level of packaging/localisation experience, ideally in a global organisation

13. Experience within the games industry or related entertainment industry

14. Proven design skills, off-line as well as online (portfolio)

15. Excellent time management, organisational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

16. Strong team player in a multi-cultural environment

17. Creative, open-minded, flexible, a sense of humour, focussed, attention to detail, enthusiastic,

18. committed, ambitious and career-minded
