Baker Job in Carterton Highlights:
* Onsite parking
* Internal promotion structure
* Our CPU is staffed by 2 sections, bakery/production and has a total of
* Commercial Bakery primarily sourdough and laminated pastry.
* Baking Shifts, essentially 24 hours rotation.
Company Overview:
The Head baker role requires an experienced, passionate baker with sourdough experience. Laminated pastry is an advantage as we are looking to grow this side of the business.
Job Overview:
* The role requires the Head baker to work alongside the Kitchen manager to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery/production unit.
* We are looking for a person who can motivate, inspire, and mentor a team to ensure the business operates in the most efficient way.
Desired Experience/Skills:
1. A sound understanding and experience in sourdough and laminated pastry production
2. Understand and produce costings and reports
