* Accounts payable, raising purchase orders to posting invoices
* Accounts Payable reconciliations
* Accounts receivable, liaising with clients regarding receivables
* Accounts Receivable reconciliations
* Daily bank and cash flow
* Payroll coordination
* Pension administration
* Processing staff expenses
* Bank reconciliations
* Inter company reconciliations
* Raising sales invoices
* Processing journals
* Monthly review and confirmation of recurring maintenance revenue
* Monthly stock takes
* Credit control, including due diligence on new customers and suppliers
* Office stationary and supply purchasing
* May be working towards an accountancy degree
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice
