We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Luton. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing person-centred support to six individuals with learning disability, autism and mental health conditions, helping them to lead independent and fulfilling lives within their communities. Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing practical and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
2. Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
3. Supporting individuals to access community resources, participate in social activities, and pursue their interests and hobbies.
4. Implementing individualised support plans and promoting independence and choice.
5. Building positive relationships with individuals, families, and other professionals involved in their support.
6. Ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals we support at all times.
Requirements:

8. Resilience and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
9. A non-judgmental attitude and a commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

12. A full UK driving license and the ability to travel locally to Luton and the surrounding areas.
13. Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training.
