You will be working for the Financial Services arm of a major automotive client of ours. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex IT and business change initiatives using Agile methodologies. The Agile Scrum Master / Lead ensures that teams deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope, while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity. This role supports the business by enabling efficient delivery processes and aligning outcomes with strategic objectives.
You will lead Agile delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and products, applying Scrum, Kanban, or scaled Agile frameworks as appropriate. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure adherence to Agile principles. Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, promoting continuous improvement and self-organisation. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritise backlogs, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with business goals. Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
