Juice Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a driven and growth-oriented Financial Controller to play a pivotal role in the senior leadership team of this ambitious organisation.
Their growth plans over the next 2-5 years call for rapid expansion which will require a significant scaling up of operations. This brings with it some huge challenges, and for those with the right mindset, some amazing opportunities.
Reporting to the Director, the successful Financial Controller will be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day financial operations. Supporting the leadership with analysis and insight for operational and strategic decision making.
Lead the financial planning cycle.
Overseeing all cash and working capital management, including maintaining a robust cash forecasting framework.
Building, refining, and automating back-office processes, and maintaining strong financial controls.

Have a mix of small and large company experience, given the need to manage the business at its current small scale, but drive towards a much larger-scale future state.
Applicants must be:
1. ACA, CIMA or ACCA full or part qualified
2. Able to drive and have their own transport due to the office location.
3. Salary up to £70,000
